About Us
Welcome to Three Trees, the centre of our community
We are in Chelmsley Wood and part of the new village hub development in Chelmund’s Cross. The building was formerly known as the Baptist Church and was renamed as Three Trees Community Centre as part of our major upgrade and improvement.
We are an independent community centre and receive no funding from the council or government.

We have a regular programme of events each week, as well as frequent special events. Some groups are referrals only, some are full! Call us for more info or contact the group direct.
The regular groups sometimes do things differently, but call in or get in touch, we’d love to see you!
Far More Than Your Average Café
3 Beans is an independent business running within Three Trees. As a social enterprise, we aim to employ local people, use ethically sourced goods whenever possible, and reinvest our profits back into the community. But most importantly, we serve the best coffee in the area, freshly roasted and hand crafted.
Open weekdays 8.30am – 3.00pm
Meeting Rooms
We have space! Come through our doors and you’ll find community groups, training, offices, support organisations, interest groups, kids clubs, music, exercise groups, martial arts, conferencing and more, (sometimes all at the same time).
We aim to provide space for our community and others to do the things they want to do.
